Senate Bill 1014 (Laughlin) – An Act amending the Tax Reform Code of 1971, in city revitalization and improvement zones (CRIZ), further providing for definitions, for establishment or designation of contracting authority, for approval, for transfers, for restrictions, for transfer of property and for review.
AMENDMENT:
A03431 to SB 1014 (Laughlin) – Provides that the membership of the CRIZ operating board shall consist of nine members, three members being appointed by each of the following: the Mayor or the Board of Commissioners; the Senate; and the House of Representatives. Further provides that one zone shall be approved in the first year and up to two zones may be approved in subsequent years.
