WERNERSVILLE – Sen. Chris Gebhard (R-48) and Rep. Jamie Barton (R-124) are hosting a Concealed Carry Seminar on Thursday, Sept. 25, from 6-8 p.m., at Cabela’s located at 100 Cabela Drive in Hamburg.

“I have long been a proud advocate for our Second Amendment rights, which are firmly enshrined in our Constitution,” Gebhard said. “I’m pleased to partner with Rep. Barton and provide an opportunity for residents to receive the most up-to-date information regarding their right to carry and the responsibilities that come with firearm ownership.”
“Legal gun owners are some of the most responsible people around,” Barton said. “That’s why Sen. Gebhard and I are working to connect them with the experts to give gun owners an opportunity to brush up on the latest firearm laws.”
Leading the seminar will be Berks County Sheriff Mandy Miller, who will provide information about Pennsylvania’s concealed carry laws, the Castle Doctrine, reciprocity laws and how to safely interact with law enforcement while carrying a firearm.
Miller will also be available to answer attendee questions.
